A Journey of a Thousand Miles

The first step is the most difficult because we don't know what's in store for us along the road. But once that first step is taken, you get others to follow you. You have a long procession who share the same values and dreams with you. With such a dream, the Gajera Trust set out to bring a positive change to the lives of those around us. It began a journey of transformation by first setting up educational institutions in and around Surat and remote areas. The one-hundred-and-fifty-acre campus at Sarigam near Vapi, Vatsalyadham at Sachin, schools in the city area of Surat, and a medical college at Amreli are some of the projects the Trust took to give back to society. It generously contributed to the needy during the pandemic in 2020.

Its most sustainable and continuous efforts have been in the field of education with more than fifty-thousand learners and more than one thousand employees are directly or indirectly associated with the trust. At the foundation of this mammoth organisation is the vision of one family, the Gajera family spearheaded by Trustees Mr. Chunni Bhai Gajera, Mr. Vasant Bhai Gajera, and Ms. Kinjal Gajera.

Today on founder’s day Gajera Global School recalled the contribution of the Trust to society. The celebrations started with a tribute to the founding fathers followed by a cultural programme hosted by the educators. The programme ended with an introduction of the Trust to the newly appointed educators. Educators expressed gratitude to the Trust for being a positive impact on their lives.
