AI for All
Learners of grades 6th, 7th and 8th took part in the AI for All programme organised by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with Intel corporation. The programme has been started by the government of India as part of the NEP (National Education Policy) released in 2020.
The programme seeks to increase public knowledge of artificial intelligence in the self-paced self-learning mode. It intends to demystify AI for people from all walks of life, including students, stay-at-home parents, professionals in any area, and senior citizens – in short, everyone interested in learning more about it and developing a 'Digital First Mindset.'
The programme was divided into two parts — building AI awareness leading to appreciation of AI.
The learning modules were designed to be completed in not more than four hours. Being activity and game based, young learners at GGS delved into the topic at ease. After completion, all the users received badges which they can display on their social media sites. Being more focused on building awareness, learners can take the quiz as many times as the users want to reinforce their learning.
