Build your confidence to crack the goals

Life is a way, not a place. Do you believe that? I agree. And you know why? Because the ultimate end, whether you like it or not, is death. None of us are exempt from getting out of the game of life alive. Everything will eventually end — our fears, dreams, hopes, shame, excitement — everything. All we leave behind is the legacy and other memories that should be shared with friends and family for a few generations.

We try and try but fail to understand that in order to achieve what we want, we face a lot of opposition: both internal and external. External resistance can be worked out but when we lose hope and lower our self-esteem that becomes our biggest obstacle. The most important goal of self-achievement is that we should not allow internal resistance to come in the way of achieving what we want.

How To Master The Art Of Getting What You Want

Visualization:

Firstly you can write down a list of goal and the things you want to achieve in the current year. At the beginning of this year I separated my goals in categories from health to finance to relationships. I wrote down what exactly I want and where I want to be by the end of this year. And trust me it is a fun process to visualize the things you want. I have my own diary in which I write my goals and also I have stick photos to represent each goals in my diary. It is very important step to stay motivated and being constantly reminded of what you are striving for.

For example:- I wanted to travel around some parts of India and by the end of the year when the COVID situation was in control I did, also I wanted to join a job and wanted to get fit and I did it all. I also added photos of some of my biggest role models to keep me inspired and watched their videos on YouTube and read articles on how they achieved what they desired.

Ask and It Will Be Given:

Ask yourself what makes you truly happy. Ask what you want in your life. First we have to be clear and very particular about what we want. Sometimes we really don’t ask because we believe don’t believe god can provide. All great things take time to build and require dedication, some sacrifices and hard work.

Believe that you’ll get what you want:

Believe in yourself. Believe that you simply will get what you would like. Remain positive. There will be times when you will be disappointed but never let that fear overwhelm your positivity. Many people have limiting beliefs which keep them from allowing abundance and happiness into their lives. If this is you then you have to realize that you must have to change your limiting beliefs into thoughts that you are worthy and capable-as well as attractive enough, rich enough, good enough in every way possible.

There will never be a right time, you just have to start and do it. Don’t wait for things to be perfect, because they will never be. Perfection is simply an illusion.

When you check out the world’s most high achieving athletes, one among the key things that always stands out is their ability to specialize in their target. Nadal once said that he knows exactly where his next shot are going to be, way before it happens. So many times, we all know what we actually want, but we sometimes let ourselves distracted by others’ opinions. Keep your dreams to yourself, you're the sole validation you would like. Focus you attention inward and realize that you simply are the sole one that must offer you the plough ahead on where you're going. If you really think about it, you know deep down what you are good at and what makes you happy. Don’t lose track of that feeling and direct your energy on what feels right for you.

The great Les Brown once said “You don’t have to be great to get started but you have to get started to be great”.
