Honouring Doctors on Doctors day

People pay doctor for his trouble, for his kindnesses, they still remain in his debt.

Doctors play a pivotal role in society, serving as the healers and caretakers who dedicate their lives to improve the health and well-being of an individual. The concept of Doctors' Day originated to honour the birth and death anniversary of one of the most eminent physicians in India, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, who was also the second Chief Minister of West Bengal. His contributions to the healthcare system in India are incomparable, and his legacy continues to inspire countless individuals to pursue medicine as a noble profession.

Gajera Global School Celebrated the Dedication and Compassion of Doctors on this auspicious day by visiting the hospitals and thanking the doctors for their selfless services. General health check-up was organised for primary learners. To understand the menstrual cycle and the problems related to it a session with a gynaecologist from Shalby Hospital was arranged for our girl learners. Every year, on Doctors' Day, we have an opportunity to honour and appreciate these remarkable individuals who have chosen a noble profession that demands both expertise and compassion. Their unwavering commitment, compassion, and expertise make a profound impact on the lives of countless individuals. On this special day, our learners acknowledged the selfless service of doctors and recognized the significant role they play in promoting the health and well-being of society as a whole. This little gesture helped our learners to understand the important role a doctor plays in our lives.
