International Yoga Day
Everybody wants to look young and be fit, and one of the best ways to achieve that goal is to practice yoga regularly. This ancient Indian system of holding a pose is second to none. While lifting weights delivers fast results, yoga, over time can make you nimble, young, and alert.
To celebrate this ancient system of aligning mind and body on Yoga Day today, educators, learners, and the entire staff of the school gathered at the assembly and stretched their muscles and joints holding yoga poses.
Human beings are inherently physical. For us, it's the body that directs the mind and its state. If the body is in good shape, we feel good and happy. No amount of philosophy can replace a healthy dose of physical activity and exercise. May this day be the first step towards a healthy body in a healthy mind with glowing skin.
