Gajera Global School
Vaccination Drive - 2nd Shot @GGS
As part of the Government of India's push to vaccinate teenagers in the above age bracket, all students at Gajera Global School between the ages of 12 and 15 received their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. All students in grades 6th through 10th received the vaccine for free, protecting them from the deadly illness. Those who missed the first shot received their first one.
We were able to inoculate practically all eligible learners in the age group thanks to the participation of both parents and children. With this second dose, it is hoped that all students have been immunized. SMC officials arrived at the school around 10 a.m. today, and students were given the shot in batches. They were kept under observation for half an hour to detect any negative reactions. They continued courses after that, as none of the students exhibited any signs of difficulty or discomfort. Following today's successful effort, we hope that both children and parents will be confident in their ability to combat the new virus's recurrence.
